The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The detail filled in the application form is incorrect as per earlier consent to operate granted by the Board under Air Act, 1981 i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT, 1981. 2. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent showing increase in fixed assets. The project proponent needs to submit NOC regularization as per Board’s office order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018. 3. The PP needs to submit detail of in-situ arrangements provided for the management of solid waste generation from the project being a bulk waste generator as per Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. 4. The project proponent needs to submit the details of additional Env. activities/ CER carried out by project proponent with authenticated proofs.
Thereafter, the project proponent was requested through clarification to submit the reply. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply till date. As such, the application is returned being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above observations. |
