After perusal the report, it was observed that The Entity was earlier given hearing at Zonal office on 11.9.2025 and decide that PP shall apply for CTO and deposit BG @1.0 lac as an assurance to comply with the decision of hearing. Now, the PP has applied for fresh CTO of the Board under WA,1974 and AA,1981 for hotel having 20 room. The PP has submitted Land use classification issue by the DTP vide memo no. 838 dated 30.6.2025 , which reveal that there is no lal lakir/phirni/ MC limit within 100 mtr of the site.The PP has installed oil & grease trap followed by septic tank for the waste water treatment and provided plantation area along the boundary wall @400 sq.m and 03 compost pits provided fot solid waste management. The site is situated with industrial zone as per notified master plan of Sangrur. The pp has submitted approved building plan from the competent person of DoF, Punjab. The PP has submitted BG amounting @1.0 lac, which is valid upto 10.9.2026.Hence the unit is complying with sitting guidelines as well as decision of hearing.
If approved, it is recommended that CTO under Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 may be granted to the unit upto 31.12.2029 with suitable condition .
