Sir, undersigned was earlier engaged in NGT cases ( O.A 327/2025, O.A 3/2026, O.A. 1125/2025, EC orders of 15 MLD) reply preparation in SLO office last week. Hence reply is delayed. Sir, earlier note of undersigned on 01.04.2026 was based on statement made during the visit however as discussed, email was sent to the unit for clarification regarding whether blending is being carried out, industry has clarified the same. The industry is mixing industrial maida with resin. The photographs of non-operational glue kettles were earlier attached in note dated 01.04.2026. The email is attached.
