It is submitted that the point wise reply of the clarification raised by EE, ZO, BTI is as under:
1. The industry has submitted fresh BG of Rs. 4,00,000/- vide no. BG7GPGE260295001 dated 29.01.2026 valid upto 22/01/2027 in compliance with the hearing decision dated 25.09.2025. Further, the industry has renewed the earlier BG of Rs. 1,00,000/-, originally imposed vide decision dated 02.07.2024, through BG no. BG7GOPG260315001 dated 31.01.2026, valid up to 01.01.2027, in the Regional Office, Bathinda.
2. The industry was obtained authorization under HWM, Rules 2016 vide no. HWM/Fresh/BTI/2024/27456022 dated 20/12/2024 valid upto 19/12/2025 and failed the renewed the same so far.
