Sir, as per above note of AEE, the industry has deposited a fee of Rs. 2,52,000/- each under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide receipt numbers 411148916 and 520547859 dated 28.02.2025. The deposited fee is adequate and valid up to 31.03.2029.
The industry is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in previous notes please |
