The clarification was raised to the industry ti submit following documents:- 1. The project is required to explain the increase in effluent generation as compared to the NOC granted. 2. The project proponent to submit latest CA certificate. 3. The project proponent to submit feasibility of STP. 4. The project proponent to submit water balance.
But the industry has failed to submit the reply of the same till date.
As such the application is returned with request to re-submit the same after removing above said observations please. |
