The report and recommendation of RO be perused. The hospital is 60 bedded hospital and provided STP for its effluent with final discharge into sewer. May if approved, renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 31/03/2031 with special conditions that:
1. The hospital will get effluent sample (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from Board’s Lab within 01month.
2. The hospital will renew its agreement time to time made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility well before its expiry and submit the copy of same in this office.
3. The HCF shall comply vide Head Office, no. 468 dated 31/08/2021 issued by Punjab Pollution Control Board.
