The agenda note and documents attached by the industry have been perused and it has been observed that following clarifications is required from the Regional Office before proceeding further in the matter:
1. Whether the site of the industry is meeting with the general siting guidelines mentioned in the policy dated 30/04/2013 and whether the same has been verified by the visiting officer during the visit.
2. The industry has proposed to process the milk @ 30000 ltr/ day and production has been mentioned as 80000 ltr/ day. Accordingly, the industry is required to give the mass balance for quantifying the water requirement as well as the capacity of the ETP.
3. Further, the industry has proposed to treat the domestic effluent as well as process water in the ETP simultaneously and thereafter, the treated water will be used back used in the process, which is not feasible, since it is food grade industry. Therefore, the industry is required to submit revised proposal.
4. No project report has been enclosed by the industry, rather Proprietorship document has been attached.
5. No agenda note has been generated.
