The application was scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has neither submitted permissibility certificate nor submitted detail regarding treatment of waste water generated from the process/washing. Moreover the industry has not submitted permissibility/site suitability certificate from Town Planning Authorities for the site. Proprietorship certificate has also not been attached. A clarification was raised to reply within 2 days to the industry, but the industry was failed to do so.
As such, your application is hereby returned to resubmit the same alongwith complete documents. |
