1....The hotel-cum-restaurant is now complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, the Air Act, 1981 and with the hearing decisions, except submission of bank guarantee imposed upon it.......
2....It is recommended that fresh consents to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel-cum-restaurant for a period upto 30.06.2027 for operating a hotel-cum-restaurant of 14 rooms capacity alongwith restaurant of 200 Person capacity and for the discharge of domestic effluent @ 10.0 KLD onto land for plantation @0.166 acres within its premises after treatment subject to the suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by AEE please....
