As discussed.
It is submitted that the colonizer has to submit clearance report from the DFO, Patiala. The matter has been communicated with the colonizer and he has submitted copy of court orders dated 01.09.2025 pronounced by Sh. Ekta Sahota, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala. The operative 17 no. paragraph of the Hon’ble Court order is reproduced below for kind consideration.
“Hence, after hearing learned APP for the state and learned defence counsel and carefully appreciating the entire oral as well as documentary evidence, this court is of thoughtful opinion that prosecution has miserably failed to prove its case against the accused beyond all shadows of reasonable doubt. So, accused is acquitted from the notice framed against him. Bail bonds and surety bonds of accused are ordered to be discharged. Case property, if any be disposed of as per rules after the expiry of period of appeal or revision. File be consigned to judicial record room after due compilation”.
From the above, it is clear that there is no relation with the land of the colony for which the Competent Authority has given license and LOI with the Forest Department and no complaint / non-compliance is made by / against the colony.
