It is submitted that the 6 monthly compliance report of the EC in annotated form along with photographs is attached for kind perusal and ready reference , please. Also the industry is complying with the SOP’s framed for such type of industries. The industry has installed manometers with the Bag Filters which were functional. Also Rotary valves with the Bag Filters were operational. The name of the industry has been sent in the list of protocol sampling for approval. As such the sampling shall be conducted under the protocol drive by the Board. Also there is no Rolling Mill installed at the premises of the industry and it was inadvertently mentioned in the last consent. However the industry has obtained valid EC for Rolling Mill. There is only 1 No. Concast installed. Submitted alongwith earlier recommendations with special conditions that the industry is bound to adhere to the timelines for adoption and completion of Secondary Emissions control system with the induction furnace vide Board Notification no. 450 dated 08.10.2025 and shall submit BG imposed earlier by the competent authority as an assurance for installation of Secondary Emissions control system |
