Please peruse note of AEE….It is recommended as under:- 1. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPCL authorities for temporary restoration of the electric connection to the industry for a period of six months only i.e. upto 31.10.2026. 2. The industry may be granted Consents to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for six months i.e. upto 31.10.2026 for manufacturing of Machine Screws @ 0.8 T/day by using MS Steel 0.8 T/day as raw material under green category without zinc plating process.
