With reference to the observation regarding submission of the six-monthly compliance report of EC conditions, it is submitted that the Environmental Clearance (EC) for the project was granted on 18.02.2026. Accordingly, there is no practical relevance in submitting the six-monthly compliance report for the period ending March 2026, as the clearance was issued very close to the end of the said period. Further, the project is not yet operational. In view of the above, it is submitted that the six-monthly compliance report shall be submitted for the period ending September 2026, allowing adequate time for meaningful compliance assessment. The same is submitted for kind consideration |
