It is submitted that in the last quarter, the site of the industry was lastly visited by Er. Rajeev Gupta, SEE,ZP-2, alongwith team on 25.02.2026. the team concluded that the industry is achieving the stack emission as well as prescribed treated effluent standards. Also, the industry was found maintaining the records w.r.t. operations of ETP, APCD, production etc. The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as HoWM Rules, 2016. However, the industry is required to comply with the following: 1. The industry shall explore the possibility of construction of shed over NaCl storage area. 2. The industry shall expedite the R & D work to utilize the brine sludge in environment sound manner for some constructive work. 3. The industry shall carry out the repair of drain wherever is required and shall also designate the same by providing display board…. In this regard, an advisory was issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 8809 dated 25.03.2026 to comply with the observations made by the visiting team during the visit of the site on 25.02.2026… Further, all these observations made by the visiting team have been incorporated in the recommendations in note dated 22.04.2026.
