It is submitted that the RO was asked to submit compliance of the conditions imposed in the last CTOs granted to the project under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 as well as compliance of the conditions imposed in the EC(specifically pertaining to compliance w.r.t. CER activities), in annotated form. However, the RO has attached the said compliance submitted alongwith the application by the project promoter instead of submitting its comments on the compliance of the conditions imposed in the last CTOs granted to the project under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 and the EC(specifically pertaining to compliance w.r.t. CER activities) and without any concluding remarks regarding the compliance made by the project promotor of the same.
If approved, the application be again sent back to RO for submission of its comments on the compliance of the conditions imposed in the last CTOs granted to the project under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 as well as compliance of the conditions imposed in the EC(specifically pertaining to compliance w.r.t. CER activities) in annotated form, based on the visit carried out to the project as well as documents submitted by the project promoter and concluding remarks regarding the compliance made by the project promoter of the same. |
