Keeping in view of above, as reported by Regional Office site of industry is suitable for such modifications and industry is a large scale green category unit, as such may if approved 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/12/2031 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions as under: - 1. The industry shall abide the provisions of notified Master Plan at all the times. 2. The industry will not construct any building / shed in their existing premises without getting prior NOC / permission from the Board.
