It is submitted that the reply of the observation is given as under:

1. The industry has not linked any consent fee as well as NOC regularization fee with the current application. Please provide the receipt of fee deposited as mentioned in the agenda note. The receipt of CTO fee as well as NOC fee is attached herewith for kind perusal, please.
2. The consent to operate was expired on 31.03.2026 and the industry has applied for renewal on 01.04.2026. Whether the industry has deposited 10% penalty as per Board's office order 29.10.2018. The industry has deposited 10% penalty Rs. 2400/- vide receipt no. 384212831 dated 23.04.2026 under the Water act, 1974 and Rs.2400/- vide no receipt no. 157995923 dated 23/04/2026 under the Air Act, 1981.
3. The stack emission sampling was carried out by the Board on 07.01.2026. Please incorporate the analysis results in the agenda note. The industry has submitted stack emission analysis report collected from Board’s lab on 07.01.2026, the concentration of SPM 50 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed standards is 150 mg/Nm3, which is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.
