The industry was visited by the Officer of the Board on 11.02.2025 and found to be complying with the earlier violations observed. Subsequently, the industry was granted CTO under both Acts on 17.02.2025, valid up to 16.08.2025, and the electric connection was restored temporarily for 6 months.
Thereafter, the industry was again visited by the officer of the Board dated 12.08.2025.
The industry was found complying and was granted CTOs under both Acts, dated 19.09.2025, valid up to 18.06.2026, and the electric connection was further temporarily restored for 6 months.
As the industry has already been found compliant in consecutive two visits, and also the electric connection has been restored temporarily for consecutive periods of 6 months.
Thereafter, ,it is submitted that the results of the air emission samples carried out are as follows: PM= 134mg/Nm3.
On perusal, it is inferred that the results achieved are within the prescribed standards vide Moefcc notification dated 16.05.2023.
