It is submitted that the CETP was not complying with the decisions of the personal hearing held before worthy Chairperson of the Board on 03.02.2026. The report has sent by the undersigned vide note dated 15.04.2026. In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused and another opportunity of personal hearing may be given please. |
