It is submitted that RO has the details of plantation area as well as of all the EC's obtained by the industry in tabulated form .
As per details submitted , Green Area required (33%) is 15230 sq m and unit has provided only Approximately 8000-9000 sqm, which is less and thus the unit is not complying with the EC conditions.
Further, the unit had obtained earlier EC dated 11.05.2021 for 30+15 TPH induction furnace having prod.capacity 1.89 lac TPA,but as per CTO application applied for 30+7 TPH but still production is same 1.89 lac TPA with lesser capacities of induction furnace .
As per RO report ,although the industry has obtained EC dt 15.03.2024 &10.11.2025 for the merged unit and change in the name and style of “M/s Renny Strips Ltd.” respectively , but as observed during the visit of the visiting officer dated 23.02.2026, the actual physical configuration of both the units is as follows: The actual physical merger of the the unit ‘Renny Strips Pvt Ltd. (RSPL) and adjoining unit Renny Strips Pvt Ltd. Furnace Division (RSPL FD) has not taken place.
In view of the above and in light of the discussion held with RO , it is recommended that the application for CTO may be refused, please. |
