In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the validity of the Consent to Establish earlier granted to the project vide no.
CTE/Fresh/SAS/2024/24817004 dated 14.02.2024, valid till 13.02.2025, which was further extended upto 12/02/2026 vide no. CTE/Ext/SAS/2025/28708031 dated 11.07.2025, be further extended for another year i.e. upto 12/02/2027; subject to all terms & conditions as imposed in the original CTE & CTE Extension(s) granted to the project.
