As per telephonic discussion the AEE has informed that the industry has complied with the contents of advisory notice and same were verified during visit. The industry is situated in the industrial zone. In view of above may if approved 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry upto 31/03/2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
