The industry has complied with the decisions of the personal hearing. Stack emission sample was collected, and as per the analysis report received from Zonal Lab, Ludhiana, the concentration of the parameter was found within prescribed limits.
In view of above it is recommended that varied ‘Consent to operate under the provisions of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2030 for for dyeing & Chemicals @ 600 Kgs/day and Polyester Fabric @ 20 MTD and Dyeing of Polyester fabric @ 20 MTD with discharge of trade effluent @ 500 KLD onto land for plantation with general terms and conditions and with special conditions as proposed by AEE. |
