It is submitted that the industry is an exiting unit . As per records, the industry was commissioned at site prior to the notification of notified Master Plan of Ludhiana. Considering above, may if approved CTO be granted to the industry for short period i.e. upto 10.09.2026 (as permitted in non-designated areas) with usual conditions and with special condition that the industry shall submit an area classification certificate issued by the concerned department within one month.
