Kindly peruse the note history & note/ report sent by EE, RO, Patiala.
In view of the report/ recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala, if approved, the institute may be granted extension in the validity of consent to establish under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 upto 09.03.2027, subject to the suitable conditions, conditions as imposed by RO and following additional condition:
1. The institute shall not start any operations of the expansion part at the site, without obtaining prior varied consent to operate under the water act, 1974 and Air act 1981 from PPCB.
