As recommended by Regional Office, consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/06/2026 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with special conditions that the industry shall install the CCTV cameras at the locations i.e. entry gate of the processing shed, effluent storage tank and fresh water meter installed in processing area within the period for which consent is granted.
