Kindly peruse the note/report sent by EE, RO, Patiala
RO is required to clarify regarding following points:
1. Whether any emission is being generated from exclusion process, and whether the industry has provided any APCD to contain the same ?
2. RO is required to clarify regarding the adequacy of fee deposited by the unit, considering the penalty to be deposited during the period of non-validity of CTO?
3. As per the CA certificate uploaded online by the Industry, the value of plantain machinery has increased from ₹2.0 CR to around Rs. 6 cr, from the year 2019 to 2025. RO is required to intimate the reason for this three times increase in the value of plant and machinery, and also comment upon whether the industry has made any expansion at the site or not ?
4. As the industry has installed any new plant and machinery at the site, RO is also required to comment upon the revised building plans under the Factory Act, 1948.
In view of above, if approved, RO may be asked to clarify regarding the above mentioned observations, within 02 days, please.
