Sir, it is submitted that the HCF is using LPG as fuel in kitchen/mess with proper duct and exhaust system, which is adequate. A stem generator/boiler has also provided of capacity 100 kg/hour (diesel fired burner), A stack of height about 25 feet is provided with the said boiler, which is adequate. Further it is also submitted that due to very low admission occupancy, the physical condition of boiler indicates that it is not in working condition, photograph of the same is attached herewith.
