1. The industry has mentioned the installation of new STP in the detail provided for increase in cost of plant & machinery. As such, the industry is required to obtain varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974............
Reply:- Sir, the industry has installed new STP in its premises and the industry is required to obtain varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974. If approved, the case may be return along with request to the industry to resubmit the application for obtaining varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974.
2. Whether the industry has got the OCEMS connected with the server of the Board in compliance to the previous consent condition..............
Reply:- The industry has got the OCEMS connected with the server of the Board in compliance to the previous consent condition.
3. The industry is manufacturing Billets/ round/square/hexa/flats @ 52500 TPA or @ 150 MT/Day by using MS Scrap & Ferro Alloys @ 56000 TPA as raw material with the operation of 01 no. induction furnace of capacity 10 TPH and 01 no. rolling mill in accordance with the Environmental Clearance granted to it. As such, the compliance of EC conditions is required to be submitted.
