While scrutinizing the application, it is observed as under:- 1. The industry has submitted copy of “Application requesting for Grant of Permission for Change of Land Use (CLU-HUD)”, wherein, the Competent Authority has raised the observation on its application. However, the industry is required to submit Change of Land Use after approved by the Competent Authority. 2. The industry has not submitted revenue report issued by Competent Authority to check the site suitability guidelines. Therefore, the industry is requested to submit the above said documents within 3 days so that the application can be processed.
Accordingly, the industry has submitted its reply on 23.04.2026, however, the industry has not submitted CLU along with reply of clarification, which is a one of mandatory document. Hence, the reply of the industry is found un-satisfactory. Therefore, the application cannot be processed at this stage and returned with request to resubmit the application along with complete documents. |
