From the perusal of note of AEE, RO to generate the online agenda note, require to mention the present effluent discharge from the project with treatment details (STP operational or not operational) alongwith disposal details of the same(onto planation, re-use and onto MC sewer) and difference of these from previous granted CTOs. Further, RO to give a clear-cut answer whether PP is complying with the EC condition or not alongwith point compliance of EC conditions………….
If approve noting be reverted to RO for clarification in the matter immdietly.
