It is submitted that the industry has proposed to establish a pesticide formulation unit in a non industrial land use zone. As such, the industry is required to obtain prior site clearance under the Factories Act, 1948 before Consent to Establish (CTE).
It is also submitted that the scrutiny was inadvertently done earlier, and it is requested that the case be returned from your account please. The industry is further requested to obtain prior site clearance under the Factories Act, 1948 before CTE.
