Kindly peruse the note/report sent by EE, RO, Patiala.
RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. As per the agenda note, 0.30 KLD of trade effluent, i.e. process effluent shall be generated, which shall be treated in septic tank. RO is required to clarify as to whether trade effluent can be treated in septic tank by the unit ?
2. RO has mentioned that M/s SSS Green Energy has given representation to RO regarding the matter. RO is required to submit its comments on the said representation.
3. RO has not mentioned competency of the case.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above observations, within 02 days, please.
