Respected Mam, it is submitted that our unit is on rent basis and rent deed as a proof of date of commissioning is attached in the documents....................... Further, there is no knowledge about the SOPs of electroplating industries and even we have also search from the PPCB website regarding the same, but no SOPs has been received. It is requested to kindly share the SOPs so as to reply the same accordingly....................... Our unit is on rent basis and electricity bill of the same is in the name of earlier owner................ We have already attached the CA certificate as on 30.11.2025 as we have not filed the annual return of the industry. Accordingly, we have attached the CA certificate as on 30.11.2025.......It is requested to kindly process our application and grant us consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 to our unit please. |
