Sir as discussed, high-tension electric wires are passing over the proposed site. The industry has proposed to manufacture biomass pellets using paddy straw as raw material, which is highly flammable. There is a risk of accidental fire due to possible sparking from the overhead electric wires. Therefore, the application cannot be considered until the wires are removed or appropriately relocated from the premises.
In the view of above, it is recommended that the show cause notice for refusal of Consent to establish may be issued to the industry, please.
