Sir, the application has been scrutinized and the following observation has been made: 1. The project proponent has submitted proposal to develop a residential-cum-commercial colony over an area of 9.9625 acres i.e. 40,316 sq. m. As per approved layout plan, the area covered under residential plotting is 20,666 sq. m. and commercial area is 3,219 sq. m. Therefore, the total area works out to 23,885 sq. m. The project proponent has applied under Green Category 10.2 – Building construction project ≥ 5,000 sq. m. but < 20,000 sq. m. built-up area, without connectivity to terminal STP, whereas the project appears to fall under Category 10.1 – Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area. Since the application has not been submitted under the required category, clarification is being raised to return the application and the applicant has been guided to re-apply under the correct category. Further, the applicant has also been advised to contact the PPCB Hoshiarpur Help Desk for any assistance in filing the further application,................Application is being retuned as per above. |
