Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that consent to establish/NOC under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for establishment of the unit for manufacturing of Refractory items (Zirconia Insart, Nozzles, Well Blocks, Poros Plug, Slide Plate, Castables etc.) @ 2 Metric Tones/Day subject to the suitable conditions, please. |
