In view of above, it is recommended that:- 1. Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for dyeing & finishing for all type of fabrics (pc, cotton, polyester) @ 11 T/day & knitting of fabrics @ 11 T/day, for the period of be granted to the industry temporarily for the period of six months. 2. Direction u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to PSPCL Authorities to restore the electricity connection of the industry permanently plz.
