3...During visit by Board in Dec 2025, what were the effluent results. AEE/ RO report is silent
4....Withdrawal of application by industry is not excuse to cover the reason for not taking the action
5....Surprise teams after visiting the site have submitted the reports to ZO and SEE/ EE ZO were personally advised by me to follow up for taking actions for violations. But it was not done.....SEE ZO has separate files at Zonal level. SEE to personally ensure action in all such cases, where surprise visit happened is reach to logical end.
6... What were the other violations of Air, water and HWM Rukes during visit by Board officer and recommend action accordingly
7..As AEE/ EE has recommended the consent on the basis of PBTI results ( 12.6 mg/Nm3), they are to certify the present system is capable to achieve such high quality results.
7... Issue SCN for refusal of CTO (Air) for non- achieving emission results in Board testing and provide details of upgradations that brought emissions results from 362 mg/ Nm3 to 12.6 mg / NM3
