While scrutinizing the application, it was observed that the earlier application applied by the industry was returned due to the below mentioned reason:-
“The industry in its project report has mentioned that there will be no generation of wastewater from its process, whereas it has registered itself in orange category 2101-Hosiery /Garment manufacturing with washing only (without bleaching and dying) with discharge greater than or equal to 2 KLD, which is wrong category. The industry is required to be registered its category as per the process mention in the project report. Hence, the application of the industry is returned hereby with request to reapply after update correct category in the profile of the industry.”
Now, in the present application, the industry has again applied under the same category i.e. orange category 2101-Hosiery /Garment manufacturing with washing only (without bleaching and dying) with discharge greater than or equal to 2 KLD. Further, the industry has again mentioned that there is no use of water in its process. The modifications in the application form cannot be made at this stage. Therefore, may if approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the application as per new categorization of the Board.
