When Boiler is damaged for which we have to grant consent and is not attached with stack and APCD, it will be technical incorrect to grant consents. Whenever, industry will be in position to operate. Therefore, application be returned with advise to re- submit application whenever, it is put into operational condition along with compliance of earlier discrepencies etc.
At the time of processing the case, All the pending issues including setting up solvent extraction plant without SAC approval shall also be considered.
