| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. Earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/17857003 dated 06.04.2022 which was expired on 05.04.2023. Hence, the industry is required to deposit penalty fee amounting to Rs. 57,600/- (Within 3 year to 4 years from date of expiry @ 400% of one year fee).
2. Earlier, the industry has deposited Rs. 72,000/- which was adequate upto 30.06.2026. Hence, the industry is required to deposit atleast one year fee i.e. Rs. 14,400/-.
Therefore, the industry is requested to deposit the above said fee within 2 days.
