The application of the industry is scrutinized and it has been observed as under: 1. The classification of the area from the concerned DTP has not been submitted. 2. The siting guidelines report submitted by the industry is incorrect, as it pertains to another entity and is not relevant to the present case. Clarification in this regard is required.
The entity has not submit reply within stipulated time period. Therefore the application of the entity cannot be processed and is returned herewith the request to apply afresh after attending above said observations. The entity can visit this office during office hours for any assistance. |
