1.....This is a small scale unit and SEE is the competent authority to decide consent Case. As already advised several times, SEE to principally approve and decide that it is a fit case for long term consent, considering siting criteria, environmental norms and compliance of previous violation for which unit was closed and any other requirement, he deemed fit .
2.....After that he will send case for restoration and release of BG stating that fit case as per latest office order.
