1......As proposed.
2.....The industry will not carry out any inhouse glue manufacturing or blending for urea, phenol or melamine formaldehyde (through glue Kettle or by any other mean) till it obtain submit Environmental Clearance or a clarification/ exemption from SEIAA, Punjab that it doesn't require Environmental Clearance under the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 ( being old unit as claimed by it)
3...The industry shall maintain bills and the records of glue outsourced / purchased from market .
4...the industry shall submit a Bank Guarantee of Rs.2 lakh as an assurance not to operate the glue kettle and not to in-house manufacture/blend/ formulate urea, phenol or melamine formaldehyde in its premises.
