The application was scrutinized and during and it was observed that The STP is required to deposit Rs. 13,07,813/- as environmental compensation fee for the period of 19.02.2024 to 23.03.2024 & 02.04.2024 to 27.05.2024 and also required to deposit sample testing fee upto the last date of sampling i.e. 12.3.2026. The industry/STP is also required to submit the compliance report of previous granted consent to it. Accordingly a clarification was raised on 23rd April 2026 regarding the above said observations and the STP was required to submit its reply within two days. The The STP has failed to submit the reply to the observations raised in the clarification. The current application is hereby returned with request to reapply after addressing the above said observations and after attaching the complete set of documents with the consent to operate application as required under the consent management policy of the Board 2013 |
