Earlier, the industry was inspected by an officer of the Board on 28.03.2026. During the inspection, the unit was found operational and engaged in the manufacturing of plastic dana from PP scrap bags. Hence, the industry is in violation of the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Therefore, the consent application cannot be decided at this stage, as compliance with the issued directions is still pending. Kindly reapply after confirming the disconnection of electric connection as per the directions. |
