As discussed, it is submitted that the hotel was granted CTE of the Board vide no. CTE/Fresh/MOG/2025/28651871 dated 23.06.2025 for setting up Hotel cum Banquet Hall having Rooms @ 20 numbers and Banquet Hall of capacity @ 300 persons/function in land area of 01 Kanal 07 Marla 03 Sarsahi. Now, the PP has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for operation of Hotel cum Banquet Hall having Rooms @ 20 numbers and Banquet Hall of capacity @ 300 persons/function. The PP has installed STP for the wastewater treatment generated within its premises and the treated water shall be discharged into MC sewer. The PP has already obtained NOC from EO, MC, Moga for the disposal of treated water into MC sewer. The project proponent has constricted 02 no. compost pits for utilization of wet waste. The PP has submitted approved building plan which is digitally signed by the EO on 15.04.2024. (Copy enclosed). Hence, the hotel is complying with the conditions of the NOC granted to it.
If approved, it is recommended that fresh CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP upto 30.09.2027 with the suitable and special conditions.
