It is submitted that the application for Consent to Operate (varied) has been received from Dhuri Plastic Private Limited . During scrutiny of the application, the following observations were made: 1. Compliance report of previous consent conditions in annotated form has not been submitted 2. Analysis Report of effluent/emission form Board's/Approved Lab has not been submitted .Therefore, it was requested to address the above said observations within 2 days; however no reply has been received till date.
In view of above, the application may be returned with request to reapply after addressing the said observations. |
